5 Minute Meditation on Gratitude and Appreciation
Evan Collins is assistant professor at the University of Toronto’s department of psychiatry and staff psychiatrist at the Toronto General Hospital where he is affiliated with the Immunodeficiency Clinic. His clinical and research interests include therapeutic mindfulness, and HIV psychiatry. He is certified in MBSR and MBCT, and runs groups at the University Health Network as well as the Centre for Mindfulness Studies. He also trains and mentors healthcare providers in the use of mindfulness-based interventions through the University of California, San Diego Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute and CMS.
